Texas takes DACA to court, says immediate injunction against Obama-era program 'vital to restoring the rule of law'



The state of Texas is seeking a nationwide injunction against the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program (DACA), telling a federal judge in a hearing Wednesday that the government should be immediately barred from issuing or renewing permits under the program.
